Before you call an electrician
Do you charge to come look?
Diagnosis visits are $95, credited against the repair if you go ahead. Quotes for planned work (panels, renos, chargers) are free.
Are you actually licensed and insured?
Yes. BC contractor licence #94207, Red Seal certified, $5M liability. Ask and we'll show the paperwork before touching a wire.
How fast can you come?
Emergencies: same day, around the clock. Everything else: usually within the week. You'll get a real arrival window, not a "sometime Thursday."
Will this need a permit?
Panel work, new circuits and chargers usually do. We pull it, book the inspection and meet the inspector. It's included in the quote.
